Juried Shows

In the past week I have received news that my Quilt Gradient Squares is juried into the AQS Des Moines Show. In the past few days I have received news that my jacket Tiddly Winks is juried into Pacific International Quilt Festival, the same day I received a letter from Innovations in Tacoma Washington notifying me that my Quilt Reflections was accepted into their show. I am so excited. I will get to go to DesMoines to see the AQS show. This is just sooo awesome to me.

I will write more later, I am starting to work on a Quilt Journal. It needs to be done so I won't forget the details.

Have a Heart Quilt Challenge

Unlimited Possibilities quilt magazine is having a Have a Heart Quilt Challenge. I have entered 2 quilts. These quilts are auctioned in November, all proceeds go to Go Red for Women's Heart Disease, to the American Heart Association. I have included pictures here of the quilts.

2008 Green Country Quilt Show, Tulsa Oklahoma

Last Weekend was the Green Country Quilt Show in Tulsa Oklahoma. I entered 3 quilts and a jacket. My jacket Tiddly Winks won a first place and a memorial award. All three of my quilts earned ribbons also. It's a week later and I am still walking on air.

Just figuring this out

I'm just setting this up, and I will be trying to post pictures.

Right now I'm just working on my own quilts, purses and a jacket.
